Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Lindo ( "We") offers brand supporters ("Referrer" or "You") the opportunity to participate in its referral program (the "Program"). We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time, for any valid reason. The Program is administered by Lindo.
By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to use the Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy in their entirety, you are not eligible to register as a Referrer or to participate in the Program in any other manner. Referrers may not participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We also reserve the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation in the Program at any time if we determined that you violated our Terms and Conditions or otherwise fails to comply with any applicable laws and regulations(including, but not limited to failure to include any disclosures as required by the FTC or otherwise required by Lindo).
Subject to the terms and conditions, the top Referrers with the most cumulative new-invited registration win a prize from Lindo.
1. How the Program Works
To be "Eligible," a Referrer must be: (i) a legal resident of the United States of America or Canada; and (ii) at least 18 years old.
The sign-up email address must be real and verifiable. Lindo will send a verification email to the email address you provided to verify your identity. Share your referral link by email, Facebook, Whatsapp or Twitter(include others) to refer a friend.
Referrers and Referred Friends must have or create a valid Lindo account. Referred Friends must be the first-time registrant of Lindo. Creating an Lindo account is free, and subject to the Site's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, both of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
By participating in this Referral Program, you agree to receive emails from Lindo related to this Referral Program (even if you may have opted out of marketing emails from Lindo previously).
This referral program participation period will begin on June 24th, 2022, and conclude on August 10th, 2022. Lindo will announce the winners via email.
The cash prize will be delivered via PayPal.
Referrers have options to redeem the prize. If Award-winning Referrers want to redeem the prize, Referrers will need to purchase at least one Lindo's Dual-Cam Video Doorbell at www.kickstarter.com between August 15th, 2022 to August 21st, 2022(the prize claiming period).
The Referral Prize is set by Lindo in its sole discretion and is subject to change at any time.
Award-winning Referrers can claim the prize by purchasing at least one Lindo's Dual-Cam Video Doorbell at www.kickstarter.com during the prize claiming period. Award-winning Referrers who do not make a purchase during the prize claiming period shall be deemed to have automatically abandoned their prizes.
The top 10 users who invite most friends to sign up at Lindo will receive grand prizes.
Subject to the terms and conditions, All users participating in the Program will be eligible to win a grand prize.
1st Place Award-Winner will receive a $1,000 cash reward and and 1 piece of every new product from Lindo for free (Including the Dual-Cam Video Doorbell 2K and other new products in the future). The cash reward will be delivered up to thirty-one (31) business days from the delivery date of their original order. Product reward of Dual-Cam Video Doorbell 2K shipment date will be announced at www.kickstarter.com.
2nd-5th Place Award-Winners will get an Lindo 1 piece of every new product from Lindo for free (Including the Dual-Cam Video Doorbell 2K and other new products in the future). Prize shipment date will be announced at www.kickstarter.com.
6th-10th Place Award-Winners will get a Dual-Cam Video Doorbell 2K for free. Prize shipment dates will be announced at www.kickstarter.com.
Award-Winners who return or cancel their order after receiving the prize shall return the prize they received to Lindo’s warehouse.
To claim this prize, users have to use the same registered email address for both the Kickstarter platform and the Lindo referral program. Users who cancel the order after purchasing during the crowdfunding period will be disqualified.
The accurate cash reward payment will be exchanged to local currency with current exchange rates. Lindo is not responsible for any tax or tax consequences.
If you are a resident of the United States, and your cash reward is over $600, we may collect your Social Security Number (SSN) for tax reporting purposes.
Lindo reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Referral Offer at any time for any reason. Lindo also reserves the right to not honor the outstanding offers, or any portion of them, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Lindo’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the offer or the program, as determined by Lindo in its sole discretion. Lindo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take action against anyone it finds to be tampering with the operation of the offer or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion. Any who engage in any Prohibited Uses or otherwise violate these terms and conditions, may be inhibited from claiming any future offer, or from using Lindo’s services altogether, in Lindo’s sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the offer may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Lindo reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
